A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE RELATIONS WITH REFERENCE TO CAPITAL IQ PVT LTD

This study examines employee relations and their influence on employee satisfaction, motivation, and organizational effectiveness, with special reference to Capital IQ Pvt Ltd. Employee relations encompass the policies and practices that govern the relationship between an organization and its employees, including communication, grievance handling, leadership support, recognition, and workplace fairness. The study aims to understand existing employee relations practices within the organization, identify the barriers affecting effective relations and discipline, and examine the hygienic and relational factors that influence the employee-management relationship. Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 100 respondents drawn from officer, supervisory, and managerial staff. The data was analyzed using simple statistical tools such as percentages and presented through tables and bar charts. The findings reveal that employees are largely satisfied with supervisor support, training effectiveness, and recognition practices, while gaps remain in communication, employee involvement in decision-making, and consistency of feedback mechanisms. The study concludes that strengthening communication channels, encouraging employee participation, and reinforcing leadership practices can further improve employee relations and overall organizational performance.
