This study explores the impact of employee recognition and rewards on motivation and productivity at Kia JSP Autocore Pvt Ltd. In today’s competitive business environment, organizations are increasingly recognizing the importance of employee engagement as a critical factor in enhancing performance. Employee recognition refers to acknowledging and appreciating employees’ contributions, while rewards encompass various forms of compensation, including monetary and non-monetary incentives. This research aims to examine how these elements influence employee motivation and productivity levels within the organization. The study employs a structured questionnaire to gather primary data from employees, focusing on their perceptions and experiences regarding recognition and reward practices. Secondary data sources, including relevant literature, provide a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical underpinnings of the concepts involved.
