Employee satisfaction is very important for a company’s success, productivity and keeping employees. This study is about creating an employee satisfaction survey that really gets what employees think and feel. It shows that both what happens inside the job and outside the job like job roles, recognition, salary and work environment affect satisfaction. The research says we need a planned and scientifically made survey to get accurate data and useful analysis. If the survey is not designed well it leads to bad ideas and bad decisions. The study also looks at how good surveys help HR strategies and company growth. The study uses TMI Group as an example. It gives ideas on how to design and do a survey. The goal is to help management make decisions based on data to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. The study aims to support management in making data-driven decisions. Employee satisfaction and engagement are key, to success. Companies should focus on employee satisfaction. It will help them to grow.
