This paper outlines the comprehensive building services designed for a G+8 residential structure to enhance occupant comfort, safety, and sustainability. Integrated systems are essential for modern urban living, encompassing energy, water, security, and emergency responses. The project details the implementation and feasibility of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Rainwater Harvesting (RWH), vertical transportation (lifts), fire safety, solar power, mechanical parking, Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification, and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance. By integrating these services, the design achieves a safe, resource-efficient, and self-sustaining living environment.
