If you have a jaggery business today, you might understand this situation: your sales figures are on Shopify, your stock information is in a Tally spreadsheet, your supplier invoices are lost in your email, and your customer details are all over Amazon, Flipkart, and your own website. Gathering all the information needed to answer a straightforward question like 'which product is actually generating profit for us this month?' can take hours, and sometimes even days. This paper is about solving that problem. We created a system that automatically gathers information from various sources, cleans it up, and arranges it into one neat database, which data engineers refer to as a data mart. Additionally, we link Microsoft Power BI so that business owners and managers can view live dashboards that display information about sales, inventory, customer trends, and demand forecasts, all without needing to work with any spreadsheets. We also used artificial intelligence to take care of the tricky tasks, such as matching product names that are spelled differently on different platforms, identifying fake or incorrect orders, and estimating how much jaggery powder or liquid jaggery you will need next month. The outcome is a useful and expandable analytics system designed just for the online market of jaggery and its related products.
