Osteoarthritis is a chronic degenerative disorder affecting synovial joints, commonly involving the knees, hips, and spine. It is characterized by progressive cartilage degeneration, pain, stiffness, limitation of movement, and reduced quality of life. Conventional treatment mainly focuses on symptomatic relief through analgesics and physiotherapy, but long-term use may produce adverse effects. Homoeopathy aims at individualization and holistic management of the patient. This case report highlights the successful homoeopathic management of osteoarthritis of the knee in a 58-year-old female treated with constitutional homoeopathic medicine based on totality of symptoms.
