Employee motivation is one of the most important factors influencing organisational performance and productivity. This study aims to examine the relationship between employee motivation and organisational performance. The research is based on primary data collected from 50 respondents using a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis and chi-square analysis have been applied to interpret the data. The findings reveal that financial rewards, recognition, and career growth opportunities significantly influence employee motivation and improve organisational productivity. The study concludes that effective motivational strategies are essential for organisational success and employee retention.
