This study investigates the impact of Work-From-Home (WFH) on employee productivity and mental health among IT park employees in Coimbatore. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of WFH across industries, fundamentally changing how employees perform their jobs. While remote work offers flexibility, time savings, and improved work-life balance, it also presents challenges such as distractions, lack of supervision, and social isolation affecting performance and well-being. The study uses primary data collected through a structured questionnaire from 110 respondents. Data was analyzed using percentage analysis, Henry Garrett ranking, ANOVA, and Chi-Square tests. Findings reveal that many employees experienced stable or improved productivity due to flexible schedules and personalized work environments. However, prolonged remote work led to increased stress, anxiety, and feelings of isolation. The study concludes that organizations should adopt robust remote work policies, mental health support programs, and communication tools to enhance employee well-being and productivity.
