Abstract: This study focuses on developing a green-synthesized Nano formulation using turmeric and ginger peel waste, which is rich in polyphenols and terpenoids that enhance natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) synthesized through a one-pot green method were uniform, stable, and measured 25–40 nm, with FTIR confirming phytochemical-based capping. The Nano formulation exhibited controlled release of bioactive compounds for 48–72 hours. In vitro assays showed significant inhibition of COX-2, NO, and TNF-α, while in vivo studies demonstrated reduced pain responses and increased hot plate latencies. Overall, the findings indicate that converting herbal waste into nano formulations offers an effective, sustainable, and scalable approach for plant-based pain management and supports a circular bioeconomy.
