Students with disabilities face significant challenges in accessing traditional e-learning systems. This
paper presents SensiQ, a multimodal e-learning platform designed to serve deaf, mute, and blind students
simultaneously. The system integrates Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), subtitle-supported video,
gesture recognition, and chat-based communication to improve accessibility. Content is delivered in multiple
formats including audio, video, and text. Experimental evaluation demonstrates an overall system accuracy of
approximately 95%, outperforming existing single-disability solutions. The platform enhances communication,
ensures inclusive education, and provides a unified, scalable solution for differently-abled learners.
