The study, titled "Customer Satisfaction towards Ola Electric Scooters in Coimbatore", evaluates the degree to which customers are happy with Ola Electric scooters. The study's objective is to determine consumer attitudes toward things like battery life, charging speed, cost effectiveness, design, safety, comfort, and innovative features. The results show that electric scooters are favored for their cutting-edge technology, environmentally friendly design, and cheap running expenses, all of which improve the user experience and convenience. The research comes to the conclusion that ongoing improvements in performance, service quality, and infrastructure are necessary to increase client happiness and boost consumer confidence, even if Ola Electric scooters offer cutting-edge and environmentally friendly mobility solutions.
