This trend towards digitization is challenging development engineers to create and program software solutions that are suitable for various hardware platforms and operating systems in as little time as possible. The mobile experience really varies between the Android side and iOS side of things. This is the reason why specific frameworks are made that allow application software to be developed for various hardware platforms by writing a single code base. This gives birth to applications known as hybrid applications. The purpose of writing this paper is to familiarize the reader with the state of the perception of modern web technologies that is used for developing hybrid mobile applications. By this paper the insights where Flutter working framework works are exposed to peruses, along with the fundamentals of the Dart programming language, which is utilized in the Flutter framework. Through examples of implementations of the Bill and warranty Tracking App it reveals the practical experience of the inner workings concepts in the Flutter framework for you the reader. It also points out the internal system of widgets, code components that are used to build fragments of the graphic interface in the application itself as well as some parts of the code of the project written in Dart. Flutter is a framework and working with Dart programming language, it works on widget-based model, it helps to build Hybrid Apps, Web, etc.
