Gender inequality is an universal phenomena. Women based on gender sometime called it as social gender often face several challenges in domestic domain. Domestic work presents distinct and persistent challenges for women due to its deeply gendered nature and structural functional invisibility. In every society responsibility of women, resulting in an unequal division of labour within households. women’s participation in domestic work sometime called as unpaid job. This work is largely unpaid and excluded from formal economic accounting, The women participate continuous and repetitive nature of domestic work contributes to the development of any house in every society. There is a difference between paid in paid work. Women engaging in domestic work ,contribute to the upliftment of the family without reward is an important aspect in the field of sociology. In this regard to find out women of this country how would they maintain dual roles and how they face challenges is the key aspect to examine. The present research paper intended to find out the sociological problems and challenges of women in their respective domestic work.
