In modern industrial organizations, employee welfare facilities play a crucial role in improving
worker satisfaction and productivity. This study examines the impact of welfare measures on
employee performance in KM Knitwear Private Limited, Tiruppur. The research focuses on
evaluating how facilities such as safety measures, medical support, canteen services, and
working conditions influence employee efficiency and motivation. A descriptive research
design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 121 employees through a structured
questionnaire. Analytical tools such as percentage analysis, Likert scale analysis, and ranking
methods were used. The findings reveal that welfare facilities significantly enhance employee
productivity, reduce absenteeism, and improve job satisfaction. The study concludes that
effective welfare measures contribute to both employee well-being and organizational growth.
