Abstract

Abstract— In this project, a simple and low-cost conveyor system with manual horizontal rotation is designed and developed for basic material handling applications. The system is built on a table-like base structure which provides stability and support to all components during operation. At the center of the base, a clamp mechanism is fixed, which holds the conveyor setup. This clamp is supported by four wheels that allow the conveyor to be rotated manually in steps of 45 degrees, making it possible to achieve full 360-degree horizontal rotation. This feature helps in changing the direction of material movement easily without shifting the entire setup. The system is designed only for horizontal rotation .
