This study examines the level of consumer satisfaction towards smart home appliances,
which are becoming increasingly popular due to technological advancements and the growing
demand for convenience in daily life. The main objective of the study is to understand
consumer experience, preferences, and the factors influencing satisfaction while using smart
home appliances. Primary data were collected from 50 respondents through a structured
questionnaire using Google Forms. The collected data were analyzed using the percentage
analysis method. The findings reveal that most consumers prefer smart home appliances
because of their convenience, time-saving features, energy efficiency, and ability to be
controlled remotely through smartphones or voice assistants. However, some consumers face
challenges such as high cost, technical issues, and concerns about privacy and security. Overall,
the study concludes that smart home appliances provide significant comfort and efficiency in
households, but improvements in affordability, technical support, and data security can further
enhance consumer satisfaction.
